K&B Transport question ?

I know that there are a lot of drivers that are not fond of K&B, and some do like them, my question is I remember reading of a drivers comment about he called or applied and in a few days they wanted him to start on a Monday. Just wondering if this is the same as this driver is talking about, there is a add in tonights Craigslist thurs. night and it says call today and start on Monday, What?? How can ya do a background check in that short of time ? If you what to read the add, go to Craigslist Milwaukee, the header is "If you are fishing for a job? This ones a keeper"....
