Yeah, and honestly, truth be told, Abe was kind of an idiot.
    That doesn't mean K&B isn't a shot hole.

Do any drivers call dispatch and say, I’m sick and can’t drive today ? Or I did not sleep good and can’t deliver the load on time ? Did any driver get COVID-19 and take 14 days off home or in truck stop?

I bet the answer is no, because drivers can’t call in sick or say I’m tired. Unless you’re willing to put you job on the line. Does anyone really think sleeping all night, then telling a driver to go back to sleep for another 10. Then say you are expected to drive all night, and if you can’t then something is wrong with the driver? The problem is with dispatch or the trucking company.

I did some overnight runs and I never liked them. I was told it take two weeks for someone to adjust and switch sleeping all day and driving all night. Once you start this you need to keep basically the same schedule. Because it’s very hard to stay awake between 2-6 am unless you body is used to being awake those hours.

If K&B or any trucking company makes that 20 hours off and drive all night a regular thing it seems like they are just messing with the drivers and don’t care. Mistakes can happen with dispatch or loads. The trucking company should take the hit and still give the guarantee pay vs the driver. The trucking company won’t say we failed the drive, they say, if you call in tired you lose you pay and you can lose your job. Probably even more important is how dispatch talks down to the driver. The driver understands if I don’t do the job I lose the guaranteed pay already.

Well its quite obvious…this director of recruitment doesnt want to show anything because he know many of us know the truth..k&b is mainly in business still because of the old addage…sucker born every minute..this guy is known for his shenanigans with his recruitment tactics…i have plenty of proof of it with his harassment that he does…

I would make it that far, and beyond. By that point, I will have figured out how to make it work effectively and make good money doing it.

He's talking the entire company I'd presume. Lots of drivers have referred to their company as "we." Doesn't feel too off base to me so I didn't put much stock in the pronoun. For now, I'll take it for what it is.

What proof do you have? You want him to post his paychecks....that's personal and private info and a little too intrusive for my liking. I'm not familiar with this guy so I'll take it for what it is. I am not getting a recruiter vibe either. You're saying he's a crook. Put it out and expose this guy then.

A little off topic, but I'm surprised by how many people think a 17-20 hour day is risking a license and crazy. Bullhauler does it and gets a pat on the back, but a frozen bull hauler does it and it's risking a license lol.

Just because someone's sleeping patterns and running style doesn't align with checking the split sleeper box and doing 17 hour days to run out the clock doesn't mean that other people don't prefer it. A lot of us got into reefer solely for the fact that we prefer to operate on a 24 hour, run when you have the hours style.

This isn't to defend K&B as I think it should be a driver preference and dispatch plans loads accordingly thing rather a requirement.

Many drivers talk out of both sides of their mouth. Lol. Bull haulers have fast trucks and Peterbilts ans KWs.. Company reefer haulers often have Freightliners. Anyone that drives a Peterbilt or KW that's ungoverened with dual stacks gets instant respect in the industry.

Doesn’t take a genius how to find out how big Sean is the head of recruiting over at K&B. of course Big Sean will come back and tell me that I’m not smart enough or there are drivers that work for K&B that are named Sean so on and so forth.

Fool me once as in I’m referencing to Scott Maldonado, who had an account when he was head of safety over at Swift. Fool me twice. no way. I’m not falling for that one.
