K.L Harring...good or bad???

So here it is 2017 havent seen and recent bad reviews for KL Harring. I know pay is good for teams i dont want to have to go to Canada unless vacationing there. Does anyone have up to date comments on KL Harring?

 

You will hardly ever get more than the 9400 mile guantee for 2 weeks and you must be avaible for the entire 2 week period. If you take time off you dont qualify for the guarantee or even half of it. You will get the scraps because those teams under the guarantee must get miles first. Holiday and layover pay are only pd. If you run more than 9400 miles. Otherwise they apply it to the $ amount of the Guantee which is your base pay per mile × 9400 miles. My husband and me have been at KLH for 4 years. The most we have made is 138 thousand combined. We take about a week off every 6 or 7 times a year. It is literally impossible to average 155 thousand. The miles just aren't there. It is nice to reset at there yard every weekend . But be weary. If you think you are going to.be running 6000 miles a week.you won't not once in 4 years have we. Good luck.

In reguards to my reply on Feb 5th i would like to clearify some things. My husband and me still work for K L Harring.I did not post this to bash our company. This is a goog company to work for. The pay is consistent and the equipment is great. In reviewing the numbers with our owner based on a comprehensive review by his accountant it is possible to make the money they andvertise provided you manage your time off.

Thank goodness our owner had the insite to talk to us. Every company has there issues. We choose to continue our employment at KL Harring. If you have any questions you should give them a call.

 

Yeah. Definitely sounds like someone got a good talking to! Next post she'll be calling the owner "Our Dear Leader"! Some serious butt smooching going on there after the owner caught wind of her honest critique of his company . I hope I never need a job that bad.
