    The fact that KAG's growth strategy is focused on acquisitions (eliminating the competition) instead of outpeforming their competitors in the marketplace should tell you all you need to know about them.

    It's like that old saying "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em." Or in this case, force them to join you.
