    Basically place delivered said it was supposed to be there yesterday morning which wouldn't have happened either way, then company agreed tried yelling at me even tho would've been impossible. Needless to say I sent email with pic of message with unloading appointment and I was early so save them messages.

    Depending upon how your company has Qualcomm programmed, they may delete automatically after so long or so many. I take pics of some messages if I think there's a chance of "he said, she said" later down the road.

    When I was hauling freight, I was on paper, and they wanted me to use their provided cell phone for communication.
    I politely declined and told them I would be using my phone and email. The cyber "paper trail" and call logs saved me a couple of times when questioned by upper management.

    When I WAS on elogs and sent my 2 week notice for quitting, I did take a pic of that message and the replies I got from my DM. The company put in my DAC that I didn't give a 2 week notice, so the pictures made it very easy to get that removed from my DAC report.
