I write mine down...I've had too many problems with electronic devices to trust them. In the event of an audit, I liked to have a record that's easy to prove.

Trackmate is a GPS wires into truck that they offer an ifta report service for like $17-25 a month. Each report is $5 to print off.

not a owner but have qualcomm and I still write my mileage down and always had and it saved me when my qualcomm went down. I don't trust technology. When working it's a great tool but when it doesn't it reeks havoc

One of those little .99 notebooks work great. I'll do the first few letters of each city I stop at, jot down mileage, and xfer to a trip sheep for each week with city, state, zip code. Then input into IFTA and that gives me the breakdown of toll, non toll, and state mileages.
