Hi everyone, please help me out. I have a 2012 PETERBILT 587 with a Cummins ISX15. Truck has 300,000miles. Truck keeps asking for a Regen. I have changed the differential pressure sensor and put a brand new dpf on it. Truck ask for a Manuel Regen about every 200 miles without a load on. It does a Regen for about an hour and everything is fine for another 200 miles. I hooked up to insite and got code 3883 and 559. Any help would be appreciated. Thank yoi
Keeps asking for regen

No idea what the codes are but you might be looking at needing the DPF cleaned.

You need to troubleshoot the 559. Fuel rail pressure failure to meet commanded. New fuel filters? When this fault is active regens will be disabled. Plus if you dont have adequate low side pressure you may be setting an dpf fuel pressure code which I believe is your other code, but double check the numbers as 3883 does not come up for me. Get in the shop for a fuel system diag, could be anything In the fuel system.

Quit idling.
If you don't idle then something is broken. And it's not going to fix itself if you find a way to ignore it.
