We are with KTS presently. Very disappointed with dispatch. Loads are constantly changed on us. As a team, a good run for them is less than 700 miles. Then sittingfor hours to be unloaded, waiting for another load, only to sit for hours to be loaded. Nothing like the recruiter promised. We have been lied to by everyone so far. No need complaining to the President either, for he really doesn't care.

 

I've been a solo driver at KTS for a year and a half. I put half my paycheck in saving and half in checking. $300 - 500 in each one every week. You get 2 advance of $50 every week. Friday and Monday. They stuck me in a motel on the way to orientation. Because there was a long delay between buses at the bus station.
It was nice of them.
They don't mess with me much. I get the freight there on time and use my load locks to protect the freight.
They got rid of most of the Internationals. They have new Freightliners now. I've had 2 good trucks so far.

 

Ive been here a year and a half. They got rid of the Internationals. All Freightliners condos with refrigerator/freezer, two beds, a household wall outlet in each closet and a huge inventor to run them.
2 $50 advances every week. All air slide trailer tandems.
The trucks run 65. But you get 30 minutes of 70 every 24 to use in small increments for passing.
