Well I am not here to start an argument with you but I assure you both run solo and they both out run the teams. I won't use there names but "do what" runs alot of west coast solo, cuz he has a reputation of getting the job done. And big bit runs alot of the Pacific northwest. If u don't want to believe that. It's fine with me. Most of the wife's on them husband & wife's teams don't drive at all that's why them solo boys out run y'all.

They are located in Rydal, Ga. I still work there but am looking. Equipment new but miles are low. ALOT of waiting. You run good when you first start then..... Some of the solo drivers get more miles then the teams. Getting tired of begging for miles. There is a constant turnover of drivers here. They have lost some good drivers and more are planning to leave. This isn't the Kennesaw it used to be when Pat ran the company.

I live out in eastern Oregon and am looking to join Kennesaw I dont know if solo would run to the pacific n.w with this company but i hope they do! I have heard nothing but good about them and i have spoken with at least a dozen drivers over a 2 year period but never had asked them about there runs. i also assumed they probably wouldnt hire a guy from oregon when hey are out of Georgia...Poor thinking on my part. Any info would be great on there hiring process for ppl out west...

With this pay package and the previous posts bad mouth this company I'm surprised anyone sticks around to collect the ten grand bonus...seems like you earned it by driving ten years at below market pay, they're just finally paying you if you stay around, the probably hoping you don't...

Pretty sure they would either starve you out or look for a reason to fire you before they give up that bonus money.

Turnover is high at Kennesaw. No parking the truck at your home. (Verrry few, anyway) If you have maintenance issues with truck, both drivers end up moping around, nowhere to sleep, then they slam you with a load that has to be DRIVEN HARD to get it there. Only saw one winter/spring slowdown. They have HARD & soft runner teams. There's an excellent dispatcher & several half-baked. Turnover is high in admin too. Owner offers up some nice little bonuses for drivers who run various holidays. Yes, they regularly pay out those 5-10-15 year bonuses.
