Kenworth Heater Control Issue

I have a 2006 w900 with the new style dash. The last 3 mornings after starting the truck up, the blower will not run and the entire back light and center green lights for the buttons on the knobs will flash. I turn the blower off and the flashing stops until I try to turn them back on again. It seems that after 5 or 10 minutes I turn the fan back on and everything is fine the rest of the day.

Any ideas?
