I think KW should have moved the upper bunk higher giving more room the person sleeping below. Additionally, it is a new model; therefore I expect something other than usually T2/387 door design. Overall a good fleet truck in my opinion.

i don't like the looks of it. Although it is an improvement over the t-2000.

In my opinion, the best conventional styling ever was in the vein of:

    Mack Cruiseliner
    freightliner FLD
    GMC general
    etc.

    You know, modern conventional.

KW just struck out in my opinion.

    Seriously, trucks today are depressing.

I won't give up my long nose, narrow cab, exposed fuel tanks, stacks and air cleaners for anyone or there tree hugging cousin. I know plenty of guys with pete's and KW's, getting 7-8 MPG, sometimes close to 9 MPG (canadian gals) if they are treated right and it's not a windy season, all that exposed chrome actually doesn't make a terrible difference when loaded.

How does every else feel here? What would you do if they stopped making 389's and W900L's? Personally, I would hang it up. One reason I love this, is driving one of those 2 trucks, if I am driving anything other then that, I am not enjoying myself, and I honestly would rather not do it.

I like aeros and hoods. The thing I don't care for in new trucks is all the emissions and things of that nature. I love the smell of diesel exhaust! The new trucks, forgetaboutit!

If you can't stand to drive onest they quit on the 389 or the w900, take a nice picture of you truck now and save it for when you are drivin one of them George Jedson cartoon future trucks. A man can't see the outside too much when he's behind the wheel anyway. Fuel will get more and more with the Chinamen using more and more and the gas companies closing gas plants to make the price go up so truck is going to look more and more like your toyotas.

When they say they're gonna quit making W900's (and I doubt that it will happen anytime soon) I'll just run the one I have at that time till I'm too old to drive and then I'll turn it into a motorhome and run it till I die....

I will neve have an areodynamic POS for any reason! To me they don't even qualify as trucks.:yes2557:

I agree, I love the real trucks 389's, W900's, FL Classic's. There's nothing more badazz then a 389EXH with a 625hp C16 Cat an 18spd, 8in pipes, chrome air cleaners, and tons of lights lol.

It will truly be a sad day if they stop making long nose trucks!
