kenworth t660 2010 doesn't respond to throttle

My Truck Kenworth T660 2010 is in gear but doesn't respond to throttle. When Truck is in Neutral, than throttle is working fine and has respond.
Transmission auto Eaton 10speed

 

See if you have any codes per the attachment. Does the truck move at all when in gear and idling?

Rail Position Sensor PID 60 FMI 2

 

See attached. The x-y shifter with the sensors is on top of the transmission.

 

I replaced the transmission harness and all codes are gone except one .
Now I have this code
SID 54 FMI 5
I am afraid that I have to replace the Inertia Brake. Any suggestions on this one ?

You have an Ultrashift, Ultrashift PLUS came out in late 2009, mainly 2010. I tried to attach the whole file but it is too large. You can find it on the Eaton website.. SID 54, FMI 5 is Fault Code 44 and starts on page 160. See attached.
Clear the code before you do any more troubleshooting or replace anything and see if it comes back. It may have set from the problems with the harness.
