    I just dealt with this problem a month ago while down in Florida-no running lights. At the time I was bobtailing and it was raining heavily down in Florida and I figured water got in somewhere. Turn signals and 4 ways worked fine but no running lights. Went to a company terminal and they looked at the fuses and fuse box,nothing tripped or blown. Ultimately they looked at the wiring harness.
