Just looking to see if any other T800 owners are having small leaks from the fuel caps.

I’ve tried screwing it off right, removing and trying a different thread, over tightening... nothing works and diesel spills a little bit out of the tank all the time...

Check your vent hose, tube or check valve on the fuel tank, it may be clogged, or dirty causing excessive pressure in the tank.

Are your fuel caps the vented ones ? If so change to non vented ones and install vents in tank fittings by fuel line fittings.
