What I read he was very specific in what he was looking for. Guess you have to read the post first.

Sorry for the Sarcasam but it ironic a guy comes and ask a specific question

and treated as a newbie greenhorn.

Bad news your heater hoses are not clogged. Your heater box is bad. Either the seals inside are rotten or the box itself is breakin up. With the truck shut of turn on your blower fan on high and go outside under the hood and feel around the heater box, I bet you will feel air. 3 grand is about what kenworth will charge to fix it.

We had problems with our a/c the first summer we had it....it was majorly clogged. My husband found this huge nest (maybe it wasn't just accumulated crap) in the lines and in the box and it has worked since then.

We upgraded the suspension in our 98 KW W900L to the AG 400. We had replaced the bearing in the other suspense twice in a year year in a half time.

i had to replace the seal that goes between the cab and the sleeper i've had to do this on most of my w9's with the studio the aerocabs dont seem to leak. i also added grease shields on the u joints to help keep the chassis clean. I rebuilt my 3406E and my original breather didn't handle the increased boost so i upgraded top a dual breather from the newer acerts and it does just fine

Do you guys like scout me out ? :biggrin_25524: - I can't ever post w/o someone seeing me! hehehe

Tuesday the W9 is going to KW for the sleeper top lights install. I dont have the correct tools and stuff to mount them. I am also going to have them epoxy/sand the holes left over from the bird banger. I will touch them up myself to save $ - KW doesnt have their own body shop for painting but they will do the rough finish.

Still working on the signage. OMFG - I got 2 people to finally respond but sadly I am still waiting. Next step, I drive the dam thing to MO and get it done...:biggrin_25513:

...but I dont want to hijack this thread...:biggrin_25511:
