Kevin Rutherfrauds $200000 Signature glider truck has complete engine failure!!!

I seem to recall reading about the scr only engine. I think it might use alot of def , which could add up to mucho money.

Maybe someone with experience with it could tell us about. It would be great to be rid of egr , etc.

Of course I'm still running my 6nz Cat. No regen issues here.

 

Regarding micro blu in tranny . I caught a show where kr mentioned transmission was done elsewhere due to time constraints so most likely all is good there at least

 

No, I think we're a generation (or 2) behind you guys with our Emission standards.
The SCR only ISX is compatible with Euro 5 standards (hence the ISXe5 name)..

 

The Argosy & the Kenworth K200 (COE) are big sellers here, because our length Laws are OVERALL length restrictions.
Whereas you guys the limit applies only to the Trailers..

tho with KRs and BMs ethics, I wouldn't put it past them to spray a light mist of some machinist's blue layout dye on the trans parts, and THEN send them off for assembly.

 

1 generation behind.North America and EU are now EPA10/EURO 6 (which are basicly the same).

 

That is allready very old technology.First SCR only engines were
sold in 06.

 

CORRECT!!! Iveco is running that platform,SCR+DPF,so no EGR.No longterm results yet known.High usage off DEF,that's allready known.

 

I was referring to SCR only Cummins engines.......
