Kevin Rutherfrauds $200000 Signature glider truck has complete engine failure!!!

Apparently, even the good folks at MicroBlue are not too certain exactly what their product does. Go to their website microbluetrucking.com and click around. Just concerning the engine kits they make three different claims. One place says 6/10 - 1 mpg improvement, another place says 7/10 - 1 mpg, and yet another says 8/10 - 1 mpg. NOT joking, I think I saw it said 5/10 - 1 mpg in another place but have not been able to find the page, may have been one of their other products.

 

Just a good rebuild with new injectors and tight valves and pistons you will pick up that much MPG over your wore out engine.

If MB was so good wouldn't the big three auto makers use it to help meet their Cafe standards?

 

Imagine how much energy could be saved in industrial bearings and Gear motors.
would be bad for wind turbines though, they would spin out of control or produce too much electricity.

 

I'm getting a good idea for a cartoon. There's the Detroit Diesel "Engineer", a Micro Blue sales guy and Bruce Malinson standing around the engine pointing at each other while Rutherford is counting a pile of cash.

What could be so important that some how they mistakenly mixed up the motors on their creation of their one Signature Pride and Joy?


What a screwed up mess.

I hope the owners spend the 30 grand and buy a new motor and sue PP and RutherFraud into the Ground

Placing the MicroBlued camshaft bearings into the head.

 

In the picture you can see the Microblue on the cam bearings. Now the question, were the Microblue main and rod bearings somehow not used on the bottom end, did the detergent oil wash it all off, or did the engine in the picture not make it into the truck? Supposedly the engine was assembled then painted to match the truck.

Something is not adding up about exactly which engine was installed. Was there not a record of the serial number of the engine that was to be torn down, reassebled, and put into the truck before it was ever touched? Was the engine ordered straight from Detroit or an in house engine? If from Detroit, then the Detroit distributor definitely has a serial number to check against the engine in the truck. If in house, the number should have been recorder as soon as it was picked.

 

Microblue doesn't "wash off." It's a process that integrates the coating into the crystal structure of the metal producing a super smooth surface... this reduces the viscous friction encountered by the oil bath that moving parts ride in. At least that's what it's billed to be.
