This thread got me thinking about Airtabs and how after nearly 10 years on the market, there still hasn't been one independent study showing a statistically valid improvement. Crunched some numbers and found that I'd need to repeat my experiment 2400 times in order to prove with 95% certainty that airtabs do at least some good! No wonder Airtabs rely on anecdotal and pseudo-scientific results...

There is something so authentic and masterful about the way that KR signs his fancy autograph and stares out into the real world with that serious Certified Master Contractor businessman look that makes it hard to trust any of you haters that say that these products don't work.

iI don't have anywhere near the mechanical knowledge of a lot of people on the forum, so would someone take a look at the picture posted of the cam bearings being installed? I looked at the picture and enlarged it a little, and to me, that engine looks filthy. Is it ok to assemble one with that much dirt laying on it?
