You may have to go with a smaller company due to your current record. You probably have a preventable accident on your DAC and absolutely no driving experience. Maybe order your DAC to know exactly where you stand and then you can start talking to recruiters.

This is pretty reasonable as an England employee, I wouldn't put it past them for putting an accident on there just because you rubes a curb with a tire. I have seen worse, sadly your biggest mistake was probably choosing cre to begin with.

Let me wade into the deep end.

Prime is a trucking company. Trucking is about the same no matter who you work for. If a company su ck s they cannot get employees so they change. Prime had problems with race issues awhile back. It is my understanding that those have been solved. I do not work for Prime so my information is second hand. (Like sex)

This forum is a great place to post stuff but you have to understand that if you are busy you do not have time to post things. Therefore, folks who have been fired or quit have more time to complain then those who are out working have time to praise.

For the Prime trainer. I am sure he gets a referral bonus for referring new drivers to the company. Send him a private message and ask him to refer you to his company. That way you have a contact within the company and he makes .05 a mile for the first three months you drive.

Get your foot in the door and keep the foot out of your mouth.
