Yes that is very true, I put on 20 pounds over the last few months, I had to drink lots of Lemonade, doctors suggestion, to break up my kidney stones!! I went from 2 tylenol with codeines and around 20 advil a day, to needing nothing, thanks to the lemonade, I think thats a fair trade? Only trouble is trying to ween myself off of the lemonade, it has been about a week and still doing good! I better find some wood quick LOL!!:biggrin_25525:

im' not the type that could gain a lb eating 24-7 but the cokes etc are bad for kidneys and teeth.
between drinking bottled water (no flourine) and drinking more sugar laden drinks our kidneys and teeth are suffering according to my doc.

Yep she kept stressing to me NO more pop!!! That was hard to kick too!! Up until that point, I had been drinking pop from sun up to sun down, for 15 years or more, I dont like water, so now I drink propel , or flavored water, and the occasinal pepsi one, to try to get the weight off from the lemonade, plus what I had before !LOL I really dont think there is any winning here for me??? We have well water, so flouride or the lack of is a problem here!:biggrin_2556:

Very interesting. No, I'm not being sarcastic. What type of lemonade? Was it 100% natural? Got a blender / juicer? How long did it take before you noticed a difference?

I drank minute maid, or simply lemonade, the acid in it is supposed to break them up, it sure worked for me, but I drank it all of the time. She also said if you drink water squezze a lemon in it. I would assume that oj would work to, that is loaded with acid. If anyone has them it is sure worth a try. I could hardly stand the pain, they would shift especially when I was driving, then I became tolerant to the codienes, and that was also bad, so I am very greatfull for the lemonade!! I would say it was about 2 months or so.:biggrin_25520:
