KLLM Driving Academy (Lancaster, TX)

I'm back at the Lancaster yard. But can't upgrade yet. I have to run home and get my hard copy license because my paper one expires tomorrow. Been waiting on a load to get me close to home all day now.

 

I left the yard about 6 today. Did a swap with another driver. Got three stops. Tyler, Houston, and Lufkin. Lufkin load doesn't deliver until Monday. So going to be sitting on it over the weekend. I should be able to swing by the house. I live about 2hrs away from Houston and Lufkin. Have you been doing those online training videos?

 

yes they are required every quarter.

 

Ok good luck on upgrading. I should be upgrading Wednesday in Jackson. I was able to get home Friday evening. Stayed until Sunday night. We swapped loads with a driver, but he didn't weight it. 44k in the box. Got the load weighed at the pilot in orange and was over weight on the drives. Slide the tandems 2holes and it gave me a little bit of play with the drives and tandems weight. Just got to watch my fuel. I drove from 8:45pm until 3:00am. Switch with my trainer in Alabama and went to sleep.
