Thats my understanding if i can get on a good dedicated account i may stay after a year

 

I'm filling out the employment gap forms and i am hoping to get those done here soon. Kllm is a good company seems like it

 

I don't really care much about the lack of inverters and apus but that's a small price to pay for getting my cdl

 

I understand but the newer freightliners have that auto shut off. Whats your pay like' is it acceptable. I understand the starting pay of .34cpm is average for a starter company the dedicated accounts at 39 cpm is pretty good at least for a little while. I know 39cpm is #### compared to flat beds at 45 to 50 cpm but definently a lot more work

 

Thats definitely good. You said you would recommend company dedicated account over otr, why exactly
