Ration your savings and you will be ok. I might be a little slow johnny come late to this post, but I keep track of FFE/KLLM.Teion Thanks this. -
The 2 months is fine but its not a full 2 months unpaid. The first 3 weeks is unpaid besides the bonus for passing the test/physical and then orientation pay. From all the drivers ive talked to kllm isnt perfect but they're a good starter company. Turns out my uncle knows one of the trainers with kllm
x1Heavy Thanks this. -
That was my experience anyhow. Everyone there was good to us as was all of the Dispatchers around the USA with the possible exception of highland chicago after we refused a Ontario rescue one winter night. There are a couple people who we remember and wonder if they stayed on into the KLLM Days in Lancaster. -
Im fine with sucking it up for a year. Even if I made 400 a week id be doing better than I am now. Ive also found options around me that require a year of experience or less so i can suck it up a year

This week looks like I'm going to have 2800 miles. Today has been a drag. On i20w in jackson was stuck in traffic for about an hour or so. A dump truck ran into the back of a dryvan. Not sure if the driver made it. Boy some drivers are just stupid on the cb. Trying to get information sometimes it's like pulling teeth. That's why I leave mines either low or off. And that's why a lot of drivers don't have one. Get down here to west Monroe, LA at the exit 112 a werner driver rolled his truck. Decided to take this exit to the pilot. The loves I wanted to fuel at is an hour away. But I only have an hour on my 70. So not going to take a chance of getting stuck somewhere again. Going to get up after midnight and make my way to temple,tx.

I hope the lease keeps treating you well. Im hoping to start here soon just got to get my grandmother taken care of first. Just found out today that she has to get a heart test done and possibly surgery. I haven't turned in the paperwork yet or had my mvr ran again. I talked to the recruiter and explained the situation, he told me just to turn in the paperwork and that'll rerun everything whenever I am ready to start. Gonna keep studying and saving up just hoping that the test comes back with good news and hopefully nothing major. She practically raised me so i need to be here for her

The Cardiologist will know for sure if she needs something done and if it is within the realm of possibility. It is good your Company wants to keep you around after this has passed and you can roll again.
Good luck. -
Well the recruiter told me plain and simple that since i hadn't submitted the paperwork and again and they haven't ran anything else a second time that it won't affect me. It'll just delay it a bit but i have to be here for my grandmother
