Even if the answer is yes, why would you think this is a good decision for your career?

I would gain experience first. Then move to a better company. I doubt a lease a KLLM would be profitable to reach your goals. Get your experience and if you still need to lease, check out Schneider Choice. Good luck to you.

Have you bothered to read through the threads on their fleece programs?

Money losing go broke and starve proposition.

The best way to get your own truck is save for it. If you can't do that, you aren't ready.

Schneider has one of the better programs from my research if you just must rent a truck and pay for your job.

And now he thinks, " They don't know me. They don't know what kind of experience I have." They know enough.
At best, you will net the same amount of money that you would as a company driver. So if you can't save for your truck as a company driver, guess what you will not be able to do as a lease operator? 1. You won't be able to save to buy a truck 2. If doing a lease purchase, you will not make the balloon payment. Do you know what happens then?

The best case scenario of the best driver they have. That's not you. The best driver they have is a master at managing his money.

Here's a thought, spend at least a year gaining experience and then look at someone like ATS who will lease you a truck on a year rental so you can get used to the O/O life.

I read the KLLM lease and it's scary, believe the stories you hear about!
