KLLM New driver help

I got my cdl january of last year frm a driving school right after that i got my first driving job but when the driving test came nerves kick and a discharge was pued in and failed the driving test. I was let go and a discharge was put on my record. Due to that i haven't been able to obtain another job with another company even all the big ones. They all tell me tht i need at lest 6 months of training. I have been trying to do that but nobody gives me a chance. I'm completely clean in my backround and driving records. I checked my dac record and it showed discharge company terminated lease. And in the area that states if im able to be rehired it states review required before rehired. That means i could be rehired but no other company will give me a chance. I would like if someone knows how i can go about to try to obtain a position
