Finished CDL school and deciding between KLLM and Schneider. Both orientations are in Atlanta, I was wondering if you will leave immediately after orientation with trainer or will you go home and wait for trainer to contact you? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Schneider seems like one of the more ideal starter companies...I really hope I can get a chance with them after the new year.

When I went to orientation at Schneider, they sent you home before you went out with your trainer and you were paid training pay while you were waiting for your trainer to get into your area to pick you up. Hope that answered your question.

Where are you doing your orientation at? What made you choose Schneider? Just curious.
    Did you enjoy your school?

I'm looking in the driving. I was looking into Central, but I would rather go on with Schneider. Looking their site over it doesn't look as if they will pay for your CDL. If I'm mistaken, please let me know. They 'seem' like the best starter company out there. At least I think so, they would be my first choice if they pay for the CDL class. Thanks!
