You don't need money to take the permit tests in Mississippi.. They just deduct the test cost from the 500 they give you after you have passed.

Yes I start Monday I asked the recruitet several times because I only have enough money for food and I aske my buddy who just got on the truck with his trainer, they deduce the cost of tests from your first $500 you receive once you have passed your permit l test. I have no clue about the Lancaster yard so I can't help there, I'm new to trucking and will be training in the Jackson, MS area.

 

Oh ok my recruiter is out in texas. When I asked him he said didn't know how mississippi was but he'd budget enough to cover the test costs just in case. Good luck training i hope to be out there next month

You'll be ending training about the time I am starting. From everything I've read kllm is a good company with good trucks and freight. Just a lot of waiting to be loaded and unloaded
