    KLM Express aka VBS

This company is all kinds of shady. They're late paying their drivers (I quit last week after my pay wasn't deposited on time for the second week in a row, still haven't gotten that paycheck or the one from this week), and they bypass shipper seals to combine loads.

If you look at the back of any KLM trailer, you will see the nut instead of the bolt head. That is because they remove the nuts with a wrench to open the door on sealed loads.

I and my friend have both done this personally under orders from KLM and will be happy to testify to that effect in a lawsuit.

Additionally, I will be contacting brokers KLM does business with to inform them of these business practices.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

As far as missing pay. Just notify the IRS about tax evasion. KLM will spend the nest year getting screwed with no lube.

Why are they having you open the doors in a sealed load with a wrench?

^^They were combining loads according to the OP's post. Combining loads into one run usually maximizes the space in the trailer and frees up other tractor- trailers for other runs at the same time. Western would bypass seals on trailers all the time but it would be to repair the trailers and even then, they'd get in from the roof.

This is an extremely common practice with the 1099 Chicago outfits. They will at times have multiple sets of door latches each with the previous shippers seal in order to swap after each stop.

They will also broker out loads they've booked in areas they don't have a truck available or don't usually run and have it delivered to a location in Chicago. They will then remove the delivering carriers door latch with the seal intact and cross dock the freight to their own truck to be delivered.

(no I don't work for the Ruskies but i've dealt with them a lot)

unbolting doors? that seems sketchy if that's true I would think the receivers would catch on. where do they do the unbolting? KKLM is a pretty big company an I cant imagine they would ruin there trailers to make a few hundred bucks. Please take some photos or video. Do you still work for them? If I had to guess it would be no. If they are doing the old bolt and screw trick shame on them.
