3 years? What took so long to come to your conclusion?

 

As someone who worked quite happily at Kmart for ten years, I don't appreciate the implication.

 

Kmart. Heh.

I remember watching a container fall down a embankment 30 feet in one of their DC's in the Jersey area. What a circus.

I made sure to this day I never hauled another load to Kmart. Im surprised they have not yet been buried by Walmart and others to this day. The Kmart near my original home suffered for years to the point of spreading out fewer and fewer merchandise on shelves to buy for years fighting a walmart that was built across from them.

 

Hey, I worked at KMart, too! I worked in the auto service center after high school. If you wanted a job with 40 hrs, and no more, that was the place.

 

Attention Kmart shoppers, we have a blue light special on crappy trucking companies.....

 

KMart had the BEST sub sandwiches!

 

Their chicken and dumplings were aces as well.

 

I remember when Penske did their logistics. Seeing a trailer loaded floor to ceiling with hand stacked boxes and watching a driver open the doors and dodging falling boxes...looked way too much like work to me!
