TA in Harrisonburg, Pa... took dispatch six hours to find me a load yesterday

 

Walmart store in Windsor Locks, Ct. Deliver to a nearby consignee at 09:00. I only have 09:30 on my 70 and pickup nothing Sunday or Monday. Need to reset at a shop so I can get my cracked windshield tended to. Sucks not having a shop in Lakeland. Most guys probably get repairs done during hometime.

They say before the end of this year our terminal is SUPPOSED to be built, and the shop is SUPPOSED to be up and running by Nov. also there's SUPPOSED to be a scale on site so when we TCall them suga loads, the next driver wont get boo boo'd on, cause i sure know i neva scale 'em before i bring them to the yard.

 

Back at the Wally in Windsor Locks, Ct. I continue to be disappointed with Lakeland's weekend dispatch.

 

Yeah, he was on Vacation when they switched over to the new software and he's still learning it.. i'm sitting with a winn dixie load i brought from York, Pa. made it down to Hammond, La today and now i'm waiting for tuesday to come so i can go get unloaded five miles up the road. They're trying to switch our system over to the same one that Swift uses for planning.. doesn't seem to be going too good.
