From the west coast ive heard they are running and happy, but for about every 3 happy drivers I talk to, 1 is ticked because he isnt getting any miles. Basically, there will always be one or two unhappy or whining about something, but the majority I talk to are happy! Good Luck.

today they called me back. my MVR and DAC are clean. (course I knew that) they say I can start orientation on the 29th Dec or 6 th Jan. I was hoping for a little more info about the company, pay, miles, and driver treatment b4 I accecpted. so any 1 please help!! any thing at all you can tell me about this company. I dont want to make another mistake and start with another company that might treat me just as bad as Barr Nunn has! thx in advance

Pay is same as dry-van division (altho I hear that they are now paying a little more for experienced drivers---all used to start out at same wage), pretty much all live loads/unloads (which does cut down on hunting MT's), and lots of sitting time (so I hear).
Think starting pay is 34 cents/mile (>400 mile runs), with more for shorter runs.
But, it's been awhile since I've heard anything..... -
i have see nothing but new trailers in the south -
Im always going thru Greenbay wisconsin where they have a reefer div there. The trlrs are newer there too. Plus they have some Volvos and Petes if you have a pref

I was there for six months, took a break for a few months. I am going back and scheduled for orientation in two weeks. I started at CRST doing teams and that was a nightmare. Driving solo at knight refer is nice. They have nice trucks. I was , averaging 700.00 a weeks. REFERS are 70% live load. That will take some time in your schedule. Staff is a little bit more human. They wear Tires until they are dead. Expect tire isssues. Be creative with log books. Dont think there is much better out there unless your working with a small 10 truck company that has a couple of good customers.
Good LUCK
