but let's be realistic.

overweight, isn't exactly good for your health.

my brother in law. hauls oil. don't know how much he weighs. but it's a good number. he's also on medication. he could go to bed any night now. for the last time.

he used to be skinny, smoked, and drank like a fish. now he's heavy, and on death row. and the doctors say quitting smoking and drinking didn't lead to his condition, but it played a big big part.

quitting is supposed to be good for you. but quitting didn't work for him.

He might have been able to quit drinking and smoking, but he sure never learned how to take care of himself. Sounds like he replaced vice with gluttony.
