    Here, I pulled just the Yard Move sections from the full 395 CFR and pasted them into a PDF that you can view or download: At this link

    Stripped down to "bullets" it looks like this:
    * Carriers can choose whether to offer if Yard Move (or Personal Conveyance) is available on the driver's ELD
    * Yard Move is a "special category" in addition to the usual "Line 1 to Line 4" and needs to be shown as such on the RODS graph display when it is used.
    * There is no FMCSA-imposed limit on Yard Moves, but ELD makers can build in software safeguards or reminders if they want to.
    * Yard Move is a sub-section of the Line 4 (On Duty, Not Driving) HOS status line. Therefore it counts against the 14-hour clock, but not the 11-hour clock.
    * Drivers should "remark" when going into and out of Yard Move on the screen.
    * The FMCSA abstained from defining what a "yard" is at this time in the actual CFR.
