I've already finished training school, but had my Skills Exam cancelled because California shut down all driving tests in December. And I already had been waiting over a month for an opening due to backlog from the earlier shutdown.
The shutdown has been extended three times already and we are being told that realistically it will continue and with the backlog, won't be able to test until April.
CA DMV said they will accept third-party testing done in other states that use CSTIMS. Oregon and Washington do not allow their testers to test any non-residents for some reason. I'm told Nevada and Arizona do, but cannot find any actual testers
CA does not have any 3rd party testers except for companies that train and hire their own employees. And I can't even find one of those except Swift and Prime, but both said I'd have to start over with training.
Any suggestions?
Know any CDL-A 3rd Party Testing Sites in NV AZ that will test for CA because CA shut down?
