I hope she doesn't dump me after a few years like my other Swedish girl did, but she said that was because I never proposed. This one I'm marrying.

Yeah I'm trying to be cool about it since it's just a truck, but of course I'm giddy as can be. I've never had a new car, let alone a truck.

My only negative for the iShift is the optional dash controls that are installed. While I've heard the seat mounted shifter got in the way, I don't like the thought of having to locate and push a button for reverse when in a tight backing situation. I wish they had a little lever sticking out of the dash for that, like my old Prius does... The dash option is even called a "Premium Shift Lever", but there is none.

    Push button shifter will suck
I have the shifter on the seat..gives you more control to drop a gear or hold it in manual.
The 780's are heavy and you will have to watch the heavier loads.
I have a 730 midroof and can scale 46k with half tanks with no problem.
But I do have bigger tanks..150/125.
The Volvo is probably the nicest truck I've driven..the T680 I had was pretty close though.

    workingklasshero Thanks this.

Kind of what I thought too, but who knows. Some people don't like dealing with agents and such. Maybe he'd rather just click and go.

According to my quote, the "purchase amount" is $158,500, including Tripac Evo APU.

$7000 down. $805 and change x 156. Residual payment becomes $56000 from 62000 after they double 3 of $7000 of DP and apply it towards it. Not sure what that's all about...

If one could save up the residual ($1,555 x 36 months) and pay it off, you've given up about $182,000 over three years.

I was told premium trucks now now go for $7000 down. I tried for 5k, no go. "Return to diesel APU's" was one reason given...

Yeah , I guess that makes sense. Soem trucks the apu was extra.

Also a way to limit how many come aboard and make more.
