Krajicek Trucking, Denison, Iowa

Stay away from KRAJICEK TRUCKING of DENISON, IOWA. I drove for them a couple of years and went into the office as the General manager. For the start, I saw a side of the company that because being a driver, was not privy to. The pay isn't the greatest, no benefits and the owners attitude is terrible. I've heard the word "######" more than once and he also he hates MEXICANS! (His entire pallet shop is MEXICAN labor and treats and pays them poorly). Even though I was the GM, I was constantly being sent out on runs taking 3-4 days. When I got back, I was screamed and yelled at by the owner for incidents that I had no control over due to my absence. His GIRLFRIEND, who was a dispatcher, is now trying to run all of the operation and has no clue what shes doing. The owner, ED KRAJICEK, is one of those individuals who tries to "PULL ONE OVER AND BLUFF AND CHEAT" everyone he does business with. He also allows folks with no CDL to operate commercial vehicles. because of the past safety director he employed who did noy do his job because HE was being sent out of town on runs, had a very poor safety rating from a DOT Audit, in fact so bad that the company was being shutdown. A consultant was hired to fix the safety issues. I told the consultant about the non-CDL drivers on trucks, he confronted the owner who in turn fired me. I know for a fact that 3 drivers had items stolen, along with myself that not only stolen from the office but my residence was entered and a personnal check was stolen and cashed at a local supermarket. It was on the day before I left Iowa when I found out about who stole the check and didn't have time to go through the proper channels (warrant, court date, etc) to prosecute. STAY AWAY!!
