I'm driving KW2005 T200 C15 ... in front of the engine , a loud squeaking noise when idling , what can be?..
water pump or pully in combination with belt tensioner ?
.started with couple minutes on PTI inspection and today for over 2hr of driving and idling.
can anyone help me.!!!!! .or ,where I can purchase a repair manual ...??...thank you and be safe on the road !!

check belt tightener or idler pulley for bearing seizing up. You might loosen belts and also check alternator and air conditioner compressor bearings.

If you can take the belt off the pulleys, spin the idler and tensioner pulleys listening for any rattling or grinding noise. You don't have to take the belt clear off the engine, just off the pulleys. Basically, the bearings shouldn't make any noise at all, noise is a result of friction which will be amplified when the belt is on and running under tension.
