Kw t600 low turbo boost

    I had made this before but couldnt find it my 95 kw t600 cat3406 , the turbo boost gauge doesnt go over 15 and doesnt fall to zero at all stays on 10 it happened out of nowere , last forum i was suggested to replace turbo and it didnt solve it any ideas? Could it be just gauge? But seems to drag when shiftin up tho l
