KW T700 1500 rpm limit

    Hello All
    I have a 2011 T700 w/ Cummins ISX. When at idle I can rev past 1500 rpms but when driving I can not rev past 1500 rpms. I had the computer parameters changed but still have the same issue. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

    Load based speed control. Find that setting and see if it is turned on. If it is turn it off.

    Can l change it or does it have to go to a shop to tap into the ecm?

    It will have to go into a shop to get them to hook up to the ecm to change it.
