KW won't idle above 68F like previous truck. Company mechanic says that's normal now.

    In the past, I cut insulation board to size for windows. Learned that from old timer Jerry Fritz, when I ran into him parked behind a shopping mall in the NW one cold ### winter my first few years driving.

    Great for both cold, heat & privacy.

    Now use made for model quilted window covers. Quite expensive, but very effective.

    With well known truck stop quality & high price?

    The 3 or 4 towels also have multiple uses.

    Unless your inverter shuts off without the motor running your apu should keep the batteries charged and allow you to use the appliances without the motor running unless its electric.
    Also you are part of the reason c9mpanies put the shutdown timer on the trucks. There isnt a reason to idle the truck while you are in the truckstop using the redtroom and getting a snack. It wont take that long once you get back in to cool down again
