They'd have to know your master password, and have access to whatever device it's installed on. Cloud backups are typically encrypted, and also password protected.

Like locking your car doors, the point is to be a hard target so an interested hacker will move on to an easier mark. Nothing is 100% effective, but having a different, impossible to guess password for each thing you log into gets you to 99%.

 

I use a password manager too. Have a good, high security password that's easy to remember for it
I let it generate all my other passwords so every site I'm on is a new password that doesn't relate to any others.
Too many people use the same same password for multiple sites and if one site gets compromised all sites with that password are compromised.

The password manager I use is local only, uses AES-256 encryption, and is open source so anyone can verify the code is secure.
