I'm no Cummins expert but I wouldn't throw a pump at it yet. Pumps don't normally just work on/off intermittently like that. I would take a look at the oil pressure relief/regulator valve first. It might be sticky. No idea if its a serviceable item or if its integral to the pump.

	Last picture on bottom to far right lower corner. You have three lines bleeding bad to me.
Im working on high lines to powersteering that has to be replaced to bleeding myself and they look just like that.

Sometimes low oil pressure and it smokes at the same time? Could this be an STC engine?
