Land Of Lincoln Is Jumping The Gun

Wow I've seen states conduct there own. Brake check week, or there version of the 72 hr crack down. But this sounds more like a revenge on truckers.

I'm sure all of the European guys with Volvos won't be around for 24hrs. But that statement about Drivers being restricted to 70hr per week is a lie. It's 70hrs in a 8 day period.

 

Maybe we can quote this police officer and say see this guy right here said we go 70 in a week, think it'll work?

 

And probably missed 200000 trucks an hour.

If they truly wanted absolute enforcement they would deploy the entire military at the borders and the state would essentially stop functioning.
