It means that for whatever reason........

You just DIDN'T make the cut.

They really don't need a reason........you and your truck aren't gonna make or break Landstar or any other outfit for that matter. Move on to the next door and knock there.

No shoot sherlock....I didn't need a letter to tell me that.

But I do need to know what it was. Because if it was a mistake on the application or a discrepency in something else, I need to know so I can either correct it, or make sure it doesn't happen on the next application.

    It's just you...

But considering your the one that supports the SCA 2010, the lob books, and the idea that truck drivers are too stupid to know when they are sleepy.....

    Yes.

They only sign on about 3 of every 100 applicants. So you are in the majority.

To be correct they are not hiring you, they are contracting with you.
Not only did they check your references(you need to check your DAC), they also pulled you credit report to see if you have the resources to support you business without asking them for help. One of their major loses is OO's leaving them that owe them money.

I do need to check my DAC... The last company I worked for, I still owe $200. They probably put that on my DAC.

LO, I spent a couple thousands $$$$ chasing down a fibration in my truck, and end up being their trailer....Not to mention they had me bootlegging booze out of NYC without a permit... I know, I was stupid, but I didn't konw when I started... And no one ever said anything... I could have lost alot if I had gotten caught.
If I check my DAC and they have anything on there, I swear I'm gonna turn them in.

LOL, I told them to pay me back all the extra insurance money they were charging me, and the fuel card kick backs they were keeping. And to send me the last two settlement sheets.........
