landstar card and factoring co.

    so we just found out about the landstar quick pay , but we have a few invoices open wiht our factoring still and might keep getting loads with landstar once they pay our factoringthe current ones (within 30 days ) , any way to bypass the factoring and start working through quickpay with them ? our factoring is charging us 3.25% 25-30 days

    note : our factoring has to wait for landstar to pay them and not have any balance before with get quickpay

    Land star or any other brokers can’t pay you directly until you’re factoring companies sends them a release.When you sign for a factoring co.to be paid for your behalf that company can no longer legally pay you anymore until a release is signed by your factoring co
