    @aimhigh another driver failed at LS on building relationships with agents, and able to book their own freight, so it’s LS fault you’re a failure? 12K+ BCOs, they must be doing something right.

    I’m not on with Landstar but some of the post is normal at a bunch of other companies and they didn’t get to where they are by doing everything wrong
    I met several guys who have no issues and make $$$

    I’ve posted this before but some guys. Not saying anyone in this thread but some don’t like it no matter where they are or what they do
    It’s just a constant struggle for some
