As soon as you know that the shipper is P&G, you automatically know that the load will be 45,000. I haven't heard of any of their loads going out less than that.

The only time weight should come into play is if you are over 80k and that is for permitting etc. Always, always, always assume you are going to be 80k. The fuel cost difference for 5 k is minimal at best.
