I've had my dry box turned down in jacksville fl picking up a load of beer cause my trailer smelled like soap with 50% of our trailers used to haul soap no one want to load on it even doe the soap never leaked just the smell was that strong and have hauled waste paper to paper mills and was going to reload there but the waste paper had a smell they took it but the smell stayed in the trailer when I pull around to shipping they would not load me with big rolls of paper
You all so cant haul the big tall rolls of paper on a reefer or roll up door trailer -
Is the southeast anybody's normal plan, maybe occasional out west runs? The way I see it, draw a line from Atlanta,ga to Detroit,mi back down to Houston,tx that should be a great triangle as well. I've been leasing on at Prime inc with them $900 truck notes weekly plus insurance toppling over $1000 weekly expense plus reefer fuel and tolls. I'm approved at Lone Moutain, qualified on Monday for LS. I'm excited. I just cut my deductions $2500 a month of the top with truck payments alone. I'm tired of doing WV, PA loads, NY, spending all my money up on tolls and high fuel. Down south is flat, if you don't run like a headless chicken then you can coast and make good on fuel.

Not to mention WV, Pa, Ny even VA are not safe places in the winter. Or at all really... I've spent countless dollars on empty miles at Prime inc to get way out of the way wash-outs and with bad dispatching. I realized a long time ago that dispatcher doesn't have my best interest out for me, only I do. I did learn a lot from them though and their amazing "pimp" hand, i managed to set up my LLC and save up for a hefty down payment on my next business expansion [Landstar]

Any advice? Got orientation soon after finishing qualifying on Monday. All she (Pam) was waiting on was to make sure that I could get financed which I did. Orientation should be a breeze as long as I shut up and listen, ask the right questions that will steer my business and theirs into the right direction? I'll pass the drug test and anything else they throw at me
