I think he is leased on to a small carrier out of the Toronto area. It all went down right around the time he bought the first RGN. I can't remember if it was the first few loads with it or just before he took delivery of it. Had something to do with him breaking company policy in one of his videos. Another words someone watched his videos became jealous coz he was doing well and called LS squealing like pig trying to f@#$ a football.. Likely one of the same ppl that blames LS on every loadboard
Landstar doesn't play around with their "sitting duck" policy. He was stupid to post video of him violating one of the few immediate contract termination violations.
Is that what it was? I really don't remember!! just remember someone called LS on him.. On the other hand he could have been check for a blown tire.
Yes he was let go because he stopped on a ramp. I seen the video that got his contract canceled before he took it down. It shown him stopped on the side of a ramp just to climb up on the load to remote a camera he had placed on the load. Someone ether called Landstar to report the video or someone at Landstar was one of his viewers and seen it on their own. He had only asked 2 or 3 loads with his lowboy trailer with Landstar before he got his contract canceled He then tried to make it sound like he left on his own in the revised videos comments (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwShi2n5zYM) saying that he left Landstar because he was a Canadian and could make more running for a Canadian company.
Yep that is a different video (revised version) then what I saw. I must have seen the original. There was some other things in other videos he did that made me wonder if there was a few straws on the camels back before it broke.
Hello. I am currently at jct as a lo and was wondering about coming over to ls as I'm getting a little annoyed at some changes. Can someone give me a rough estimate of the insurance and additional fees you have pulled from you settlement each week. I do OK at jct but looking for more.
That's it. Once a year you get popped for $200 for permits, and 1,650 for a IRP plate if you aren't using you're own. $1 to scan a load using Directscan or $2 for Transflo. There's a weekly fee for the Qualcomm ELD, but I don't have one cuz I'm speshul so I don't know the amount but I hear it's reasonable.
