Have you gotten the info pack with the going rates to and from your state? That should give you some what of an idea of what you will get.

 

Just wondering if someone can tell me what LS has coming out of MN today? Particularly Northern MN with rates?

Remember, you get 0-zero-zip for deadhead with Landstar. So you need to have fuel left over or profit enough on the next load to bounce.

I would stay where you're at for now.

If you are with Landstar you should know. The best way for a BCO with Landstar is to get on the phone. Ask questions. Then ask some more. If and agent will not talk much make more calls. I'm not sure what your point is by asking. You thinking of going to Landstar and live up that way? Vans ,flats, steps ,reefer? You need a different question.
How about something like anyone live in MN and drive for Landstar? Good luck. Ask more questions.

 

With Landstar being an American company are the rates posted on the Landstar load boards in US currency or do they pay in US and Canadian.

since everyone knows the rates suck and were all going to heck in hand basket! i have 1 simple stupid question!
i've been considering going with landstar for along time! but have kept putting it off for one reason or another well it's time but i need to know 1 thing can i make at least 1500 a week net? shure i'd like to make tons, but right now i can make it on that! woopy! i'm sure not making that where i'm at now. and i'm killing myself, wich we all know is STUPID!
